Q: What is Under the Canopy of Heaven™?
A: We’re a faith-fueled clothing brand on a mission to clothe the called. Every product is scripture-rooted, spiritually inspired, and Kingdom-purposed. This isn’t merch. It’s a mantle.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are headquartered in California, with in-house fulfillment powered by a family-run operation. All our garments are prayed over and produced with care.

Q: How long will my  - order take to arrive?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the move. Please allow a few extra days during high-demand drops.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Q: Can I update or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: Email us at orders@underthecanopyofheaven.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to adjust before fulfillment begins.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. Each piece is hand-packed with care, prayer, and purpose.

How long will delivery take?

U.S. orders: Arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping

International orders: Typically arrive in 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to over 25 countries including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and more. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and shipping method.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.

How much is shipping?

U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $7.49

Free U.S. Shipping: On orders over $75

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout (or $14.99–$24.99 flat depending on region)

Is there a handling fee?

Our shipping costs include secure packaging, tracking, and processing. We may include a small handling fee to help cover packaging and ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and/or SMS if signed up) with your tracking information.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

We currently ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Sizing & Products

Q: How do your clothes fit?
A: Each product includes a fit note in its description. Streetwear fits tend to run relaxed; athletic gear fits true to size. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser look, or down for a snugger fit.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some pieces may return, but many are limited drops — once they’re gone, they’re gone. Join our email list for restock alerts.

Q: Are your pieces unisex?
A: Yes — our apparel is designed to be worn by anyone who walks in the Word.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All tags must remain attached. Email returns@underthecanopyofheaven.com with your order number to begin the process.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged?
A: We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace or refund as needed.

Devotionals & Email List

Q: How do I sign up for the daily devotional?
A: Head to our Devotional Signup Page or use the form at the bottom of any page. You’ll start receiving your 365-day journey the next morning at sunrise.

Q: Can I unsubscribe from emails?
A: Always. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — but trust us, these devotionals stay lit.

Ambassadors, Prayer, and Community

Q: How do I become a brand ambassador?
A: Visit our Ambassador Signup Page. We’re always looking for bold believers to rep the Kingdom.

Q: Can I submit a prayer request or testimony?
